Hi Everyone,  Ilina here today, taking over Catherine's blog. Today I have a fun card to share with you using the Starlights Stamp set and few basic supplies.

To make this card, cut a piece of white card stock to 3 3/4″ x 5 1/2″. You will need to start your stamping from the bottom up. So, start by stamping “Rock Star” using the Be Mine ink, then stamp the “You're a” using Midnight ink.

Next you will create the star “explosion”. To make sure that it's centered and symmetrical on both sides. find the center of the 3 3/4″ side and mark a little tiny dot same height where the “You're a” sentiment is. (Mine was right next to the “A”). Using light pressure, pencil and ruler draw two lines from that dot to the top corners of the white panel. These will be your stamping guidelines.

Keeping within the lines and starting with the smallest star stamp fill this space with stars in rainbow color order. For my card I used the following inks: Something Borrowed, Lime Rickey, Melon Ice, Limoncello, Tiki Torch and Be Mine.

Once done, use eraser to erase the pencil lines.  Next, use a piece of fun foam or dimensional tape to adhere the panel onto white note card.

I hope you are inspired today to do something creative.
