Paradise Found Release Blog Hop Day #3

SpaCollection_FBCover Another day of celebrating our Spa Collection Paradise Found Inks!  WOOOOT!

Can you believe all the inspiration we’ve had over the past few days?  It’s always so astounding to me when I see what the Design Team creates with the products (I usually don’t see them before you do!).

If you joined us on Facebook Live yesterday, I CASEd one of Laurel’s cards from the Naturally Inspired release early this summer.  Click here to see her card.

Laurel CASE I copied her lay out, but changed up a few things…I inked the feathers up in two colors, blending the ink between the colors with my ink blending tool.

I’m not sure which is my favorite part – the glittery feather or the feather stamped inside the die cut feather!

To do that, I used my MISTI to stamp the feather twice in the same place on the same size cardstock.  Then I die cut one of the feathers and when I added dimensional adhesive to the die cut layer, the die cut was directly over the stamped feather.

Our ink stays wet for a few seconds after you stamp it, so I was able to pour on Wanderlust Embossing Glitter and heat it.  The result is a gorgeous glittery embossed feather.

Laurel CASE 2 I think my favorite color combo on the feathers is the last one…Green Tea and Daydream.  How about you?
