CP’s Self-Care Weekend and a CHALLENGE!

SelfCareWeekend_FB-Blog The CP Team has been working hard behind the scenes getting ready for our next launch (Y’ALL!  It’s INK!  A new collection!!!  and we are less than TWO WEEKS away!!!!)

We’ve been working so hard, I saw a need for the team to take a break and I’ve ordered them all to do a bit of Self-Care this weekend.

And since we love YOU, we want you to take some time out for yourself this weekend, too!

I’m officially declaring this weekend as CP’s Self-Care Weekend and I’m challenging you to take just a little bit (or hey, a lot if you can!) to do something for yourself.

Something that lights you up, inspires you, brings you peace, fills your bucket. AND I’m even going to enter you to win a prize for doing it!

Here’s how it works:

1. Right now, think of an activity that you can do for yourself this weekend. It could be a pedicure, wandering through a bookstore, calling a friend you haven’t talked to in a while, stamping something just for you….it can be all full day (or weekend!!) event or 10 minutes, whatever you can spare. Put it on your calendar to do this weekend!

2. Sometime during the Self-Care Weekend (This Friday, November 3 – Monday November 6 at 1pm EST) post a picture on Instagram or Facebook of you doing your activity. Tell me why it makes you feel amazing. Use the hashtag #CPSelfCareWeekend (and make sure your post is public so we can find it and cheer you on!) and don’t forget to tag us and encourage your friends to play along!

3. Each photo you post will enter you to WIN a gift $25 certificate to our shop! That’s right, you might get rewarded for being good to yourself!

Any guesses as to what I’m going to do?  Stay tuned…I’ll be sharing some of it with you all this weekend.

What a great idea, Catherine! Love it!! This week I needed some masculine Birthday cards and I have just about completed 8 of them. I need just a few more details and they will be done!! I feel good about getting that done, when I haven’t taken any time like that for myself in a long time. Now, I need to so some feminine cards!!

Wow! Sounds like fun! And sooo needed! Why is it we have to be urged to take care of ourselves? Interesting quandary.
