Stamp of Approval Naturally Inspired

I’ve been inspired by some of the fun color combos that the Design Team has been using – kinda like this card by Justine Hovey from  Blog Hop Day 2!

Orange, yellow and purple?  YES, please!

So I broke out my Flirty Fuchsia, Tutti Frutti and Tiara ink pads along with my White Embossing Powder and got to work.

Naturally Inspired Stamp of Approval Blog Hop Day 3: Emboss Resist Card

I am smitten with the spirograph stamp and the Spiro Doily.

Who’s with me?

I’ve not even scratched the surface with all the amazing ways these stamps and dies can be used!

If you missed any of these week’s projects and product reveals, click here to visit the main page of my blog, the scroll through the posts to see what you missed.
Naturally Inspired Stamp of Approval Emboss Resist CP Designs ink are great to use on techniques like this because they don’t dry immediately.  Since they stay wet for a few seconds, you have time to get a good blend.

TIP:  Take your time and use a light touch for best results.  (yes, I have major issues with this because I am NOT a patient, slow crafter!)

If you haven’t been introduced to our inks yet, click here to learn more.  Here’s a video showing some spectacular properties of these inks.

Eva happy All week we’ve been celebrating the theme of inspiration and how we are inspired.  Day 3 leads me to my youngest daughter…Eva.

If you hang out with us on Facebook Live, I’m sure you’ve met her. She’s been known to pop in from time to time to stamp, celebrate product reveals and even show off her dance costumes.

Eva inspires me every day with her upbeat, positive attitude. Since she was pretty tiny, I’ve noticed how she embraces life and really lives in the moment.  She’s always twirling and dancing and laughing around the house and I can count on her to bring a smile to my face.

I hope you’ve enjoyed reading a bit about my girlies, I’ve loved sharing them with you and I’ve LOVED reading your inspiring stories in my blog comments!

THANK YOU so much for celebrating with us for the release of our SEVENTH Quarterly Stamp of Approval Collection.  Releasing this product was a dream come true for me and I truly had no idea how wildly popular it would be and what it would lead to…my own product line, an office for the company, a staff of 8 ridiculously amazing women.  Wow!  Pinch me!

If it wasn’t for the amazing tribe of stampers that hang out with me, this would be an unrealized dream, so thank you!  HUGS, CP

As much as I love every single item in this collection, I will mostly like break into the medallions set first — odd since I’m usually not a medallion person at all. The feather is set is going to be a close second.

This is the second time I’ve seen you reference this SOA as the seventh collection, but I think it might be the eighth. 1) Friendship 2) Holiday 3) Young at Heart 4) Beautiful World 5) Lovely Notes 6) Candy Cane Lane 7) Perfect Reason 8) Naturally Inspired. Seventh or eighth regardless, congrats on your ongoing success!

  • deb kerns June 7, 2017, 12:44 am

And to win one of your boxes … how delightful! Thanks
    for the chance. :-)

  • Katherine Kelley June 7, 2017, 11:49 am

Beautiful card – I’m inspired to make one from what I have in my stash and using a Spirograph toy set I picked up at Target last year to play with( same relaxing effect that doodling brings on). If that doesn’t work – could try Kiragami folding and cutting to mimic that beautiful die. Or could just wait for the SoA – might be easier! Thanks for sharing the cards and the SoA kits.

  • Heather M North June 7, 2017, 11:51 am

hahaha, Catherine, I did not know that was a spiro doily stamp. :D So cool! Love the color palette you used here and the way you’ve pulled your pieces together.
