Ombre Watercolor Background 2 As the weather warms up here in the northern hemisphere, we are spending more time outside, but don't forget to spend some time for you!  Crafting, whether it's card making, sewing or DIY projects around the house speak to a certain part of our souls.

I find if I go too long without crafting, I start getting twitchy and irritated and an afternoon of crafting fixes all of that!  Luckily, this week I had some time to sit down and stamp!

With this fun and busy time of year with graduations, cook outs and other celebrations, how are you working in crafting time?  Leave a comment, I'd love to know!

The wildly popular Modern Damask Background stamp plays a key role in these two cards.  Check out the video tutorial to see how this card was made and also see what I was working on to put on the card, but changed my mind!

Ombre Watercolor Background 5 Making coordinating colored card stock is simple to do with the Direct-to-paper technique. Simply drag your ink pad across the card stock to add color.

With our foam pads, you'll get rich, beautiful color, but if you do this technique often, you may want to have our ink refills on hand.

Ombre Watercolor Background 4 Here's another version with the Enchanted Butterfly Die and the Get Well Soon greeting from the Simply Stated Stamp Set.

Ombre Watercolor Background 3 The embossed dots from the Dotted Circles Dies add a little element of fun and customizing to your card.

Love those colors! I haven’t had a chance to play with my new stash yet…. there never seems to be enough time for crafting. It will be a busy end of May into June this year — fly fishing up in Maine then heading out to WA for my nieces graduation from University of Washington. Looking forward to family time….. (and then back to crafting) :)

Love the colours on the first card, I think the spritz of water really made. I have all your inks now just not the time to play yet. Thanks for the videos!
