  • regular stamping (dries very quickly)
  • stays wet for a few seconds, so if you are quick with embossing powder, you can emboss it
  • has smooth and even coverage
  • works beautifully with Copic or other alcohol based markers
  • and is water proof

All great features, right?

The one feature that we have to watch out for is that the Midnight ink pad will stain your stamps.

I have a few tips in this video to help you avoid a mess!  Sound good?  Watch and see….

That was a very helpful tutorial about the black ink. Sometimes we don’t think of the most simple things until someone points it out. Thank you, Catherine!

Appreciated the heads up on the Black Ink pad. Was glad I chose Lime Rickey as my first color to stamp with because I forgot the warning and pushed too hard. Squoosh! But the green wiped right up, and I had my reminder! The thing I really like about the black is that it does stain the stamps in a good way, if you don’t push too hard. I like that it makes the lines show up, and the stamps are easier to find when I forget to put them back on their sheet. It might cause a problem when trying to line them up for a restamp. I’m not sure about that part yet. Got the 8 color set + black and LOVE the colors, and no transfer. Yay, Catherine.
