The first five ink colors from our Party Collection debuted in our Foundations Box in November and in just over a week, the next 8 colors will be available!
Above are clues of 6 out of the upcoming 8. Can you guess what colors we are coming out with and what their names are?
Speaking of guessing! Beginning January 1, over on my Facebook page, I’ll open up guessing a new color every day. I can’t wait to see what colors you think we are coming out with, along with the color names (who knows? You might give me an idea for an upcoming color!)
The original reason I started thinking about having my own line of inks was because I wanted to make it easy for YOU to put colors together!
I get lots of questions from my stamping friends about HOW to put colors together. I HEAR YOU, my friend and I struggle with this, too!
As a consumer, I always had trouble picking out ink colors!! When looking at the computer screen, I wasn’t sure which colors WENT together. If I choose a Rose or a Mauve, which green went with it? Certainly not a lime! Maybe more of an olive? But there are 8 greens, how do I choose one!!???
Looking at colors on a computer screen, or even in person at a stamp store was overwhelming! There are so many colors and shades to choose from! And sometimes the color that is on the lid isn’t exactly a representation of the color when it’s stamped.
Our first ink pad colors are all in the Party Collection – they are all vivid, bright, vibrant colors.
When you see the name “Party”, you know your colors will GO together!
Easy Peasy, right?
And with names like Rockin’ Red, Orange Twist, Grass Skirt and Fiesta Blue, there’s no mistaking they belong to the PARTY Collection!
Once we got the color piece nailed down, we started working on the formulation.
Over the years, I’ve had issues with splotchy stamped images and getting pure color with my lighter ink colors. ( you can see this in the video below) It’s so frustrating!
Guess WHAT!!?? We solved these problems!!
- No more splotchy images! Two or three gentle LOVE TAPS are all you need to get full ink coverage on your stamp which transfers beautifully to your card stock.
- No more muddy, dirty stamped images when residue from a dark ink gets picked up by a light color!
Check out these inks in action.
Look at what some of our ink enthusiasts are saying:
“Dye inks that don’t transfer color, they blend, can be used to emboss, and react with water! I’m giddy with joy.” Leslie
“Looks like all the best things about inks combined into one!” Valerie
“What you have shown is revolutionary. I’m constantly struggling with all the points you made; blotchiness, etc.” Jayme
I am over the moon about these inks! Truth is, I’ve had them in my stamp room for months now and I can’t stop using them!
It’s been really exciting to hear what the Dream Team thinks of them and now that hundreds of you have them in your Foundations Boxes, it’s been so amazing to hear that you all are loving them, too!
I’ve heard from many seasoned stampers that these are their go-to inks from now on. WOW! I’m on cloud nine.
