Ornaments Holiday Card by Lisa Harrolle

Hi everyone, it’s Lisa here, Dream Team Member and StampNation sistah.  I’m just stopping by Catherine’s blog today to share a few cards I’ve been working on using items from  that wonderful  new Foundations Box!

It has been an exciting week with everyone scrambling to get their hands on those fabulous ink pads.  I have to admit they sure won me over.  I can’t wait for more colors to hit the store shelf in January!  (I’m crossing my fingers for the perfect pink!!  hint*hint* CP). Until then I am enjoying the beautiful Grass Skirt, Rockin’ Red, Fiesta Blue and Orange Twist!

happy-holidays-foundations-box Just in time for Christmas, Catherine delivers on what I think is the perfect red!  It’s so rich and stamps so clearly that it can hold it’s own on any Christmas card.   Here I’ve stamped some polka dotted circles from the Spot On stamp set that is also included in the Foundations Box.

Adding a little red flower from the same set reminds me of a poinsettia.  Using a t-square ruler and a fine lined black marker I drew some nice straight lines to give the illusion of hanging ornaments.  A big shout out to the Midnight black ink that Catherine Pooler also included in the Foundations Box.  Look how crisp it stamps that little sentiment.  One layer cards are a breeze!!

**CP here!  WOW, I love this card!  Thank you, Lisa, for making such awesomeness!

There are a few more Lisa cards coming…stay tuned!

If you have ordered your box since they went on backorder, GOOD NEWS!  We will have most of the products in the warehouse next week…the last items that we’ll be waiting for are tenatively shipping on December 1st.  So as soon as they make it to the warehouse, we’ll be packing and shipping boxes like lightening!

If you haven’t ordered your Foundations Box yet, ordering is still open.  Grab yours here!
