Stamp of Approval Holiday Collection Stamp of Approval Holiday Magic – Holiday Trimmings

SQUEAL!  It’s release week for the Holiday Magic Collection!   Each day this week, I’ll have a new video for you along with samples from the Design Team (those start tomorrow!).  The collection goes on sale on Thursday, Oct. 15. Read on for more info on that!

Speaking of the Design Team, some of them couldn’t stop stamping with this collection – creativity was shooting straight out of their finger tips and onto the paper!  Let’s just say there is TONS of ridiculous eye candy on it’s way to you.

Today I’m using two stamp sets and a die from the collection to make two different holiday cards.  Check it out!

Other products I used on this card:  Gold embossing powder, Gold Delicata Ink, Real Red ink and paper (SU), Gumdrop Green and Coral Crush Ink (MFT), Versamark, Gold Glimmer paper (SU), Cottage Ivy Ink (Memento) Lime Green, Tide Pool and Bubble Gum Ink (Hero Arts).

Stamp of Approval Holiday Collection When I was working with Julie and Shay (Winnie & Walter) on the Holiday Trimmings stamp set, I wanted a variety of borders that could be stamped together, or used as an accent on other projects…Holiday or not!  I think they hit it with this one!

You will see more of the snowflake dies and that super fun tree later in the week!

Stamp of Approval Holiday Collection

Someone asked me today if the Holiday Magic Collection is versatile.  I would say YES!  Not only can you make hundreds of different cards for the holidays, but you can stretch your stamps and make a Birthday or general happy card!

Stamp the peppermint stick in fun colors for even more versatility.  I used two other products in this card that you’ll be seeing later in the week!

Stamp of Approval Holiday Collection If you are interested in the Holiday Magic Collection, be sure to subscribe to the Wait List here.

The e-mail with the link to the sales page will be sent to Wait List subscribers on October 15 at 10 am Eastern.  StampNation Members who are also on the wait list will get the link one hour early.

Our first box shocked us when it sold out almost immediately.  We are better prepared for the demand this time and don’t expect it to sell out that quickly.

There is no way for us to accurately predict how quickly it will sell out, though, so my best recommendation is to purchase it as soon as you can.

Stamp of Approval Holiday Collection

Before I go, I had to share this peek at Kay Miller‘s card (she is guesting with us for SOA, WOOOT!) using the same products I used today plus one more stamp set in the collection.

I nearly passed out straight on the floor when I saw this peek.  Yep, totally want to make this card.

There’s a little peek at an item in the collection that will be in the first 25% of orders…do you see it?

See you tomorrow with more SOA Holiday Magic Collection goodness!

I will have to try the mement red. I don’t have any red in my collection that I can say is a “true red”.

  • Joyce B. October 10, 2015, 12:48 pm

I personally, love Gina K Cherry Red. You might give it a try.

  • Liz Gonzalez October 10, 2015, 12:59 pm

Love the red and gold snowflake. The card is stunning. Can’t wait to see more sneak peeks.

  • Valerie October 10, 2015, 1:57 pm

My favorite “true red” these days is the new dye ink from Ranger. Don’t have the name in front of me (everything is packed for moving) but there is only one red in the group of 12.

  • Ann October 10, 2015, 5:02 pm

What an awesome card love it. Thought the red snowflake could be a poinsettia. Nice work

  • Marie D October 10, 2015, 5:54 pm

Great cards. Thanks so much for the sneak peek. Looking forward to the following days that lead to the exciting time to order this box of magical yum.

  • Linda Sodano October 10, 2015, 6:46 pm

Love the card that you made in the video with the traditional Christmas colors.
My favorite reds are SU real red or PTI pure poppy.

  • Fran W October 10, 2015, 11:18 pm

My favourite red, hands down, is SU’s Cherry Cobbler. Love the pere, love the ink, love the marker. It’s the perfect shade of red.

  • Debbie October 11, 2015, 12:12 am

I cannot wait to get my hands on this set!

  • Theresa October 11, 2015, 1:39 am

Gorgeous card. The kit looks like so much fun to play with. I can’t wait to order. Last time i missed out so this time i plan to be on it.

  • Sharon kaldenberger October 11, 2015, 7:09 am

I usually stick with traditional cards at Christmas. I am surprised at my desire to make this card but make it I will. Boy will my family be surprised but impressed with my/you’re
    New Christmas look. Thanks

  • Chrissie Hammond October 11, 2015, 7:14 am

I am really getting g excited getting sneak peaks of the goodies to come and the cards being proud ed are looking great! – I only have one concern and that’s that I hope I don’t miss the eastern time launch as in the UK I’m not sure which day or time that equates to?
I must get this box xxx

  • Becky October 11, 2015, 11:04 am

Absolutely love these cards. Hurry up October 15th, get here already!

  • Melissa October 11, 2015, 1:35 pm

Fabulous cards, both in traditional (love the gold embossed on gold paper!) and non traditional colors. Those snowflakes with layering possibilities, oh yeah! My favorite true red is PTI Pure Poppy.

  • Sherry in MI October 11, 2015, 2:59 pm

Great cards! Sooooo looking forward to more sneak peeks and the final arrival of SOA day on the 15th!

  • Donna Wakefield October 11, 2015, 3:12 pm

  • Danielle October 11, 2015, 4:31 pm

those are cute. I would love all of them. I do I get these

  • Cathy Rose October 11, 2015, 6:03 pm

I love the traditional coloured card and the turquoise and white card. Still struggling with pink for Christmas. LOL, but I will probably come around.

  • Cecilia Mignuolo October 11, 2015, 6:34 pm

Catherine you did a terrific job and then we can let you pick

  • Sandra Johnston October 11, 2015, 6:58 pm

Love the card with the traditional colors the best. I am basically a traditional color gal. However, I do make at least 1 pink snowflake card each year in honor of you Catherine.

  • Mary Laffin October 11, 2015, 8:35 pm

All great cards. Very cheerful and christmassy but easy enough to mass produce and no need for extra postage!

  • Mary W October 11, 2015, 10:01 pm

Love that pink, green, aqua and black Christmas card – beautiful. I also think the stacking snow flake are so stinking cute!

  • Mary Beth Krakowski October 11, 2015, 10:42 pm

I really love both cards even though I tend to be a more traditional red and green person. I love real red SU or Cherry Cobbler also a SU color. Thanks for the inspiration.

  • Jan Martin October 11, 2015, 11:12 pm

I love these holiday stamps and the snowflake dies. Awesome sauce!

  • KathyP October 12, 2015, 9:31 am

I like traditional but your non-traditional is really neat too! I have an old classic Stampin Up ink pad called Poppy Parade, nice red but getting dry now. I also have Ladybug Red from Memento, it’s nice but not red enough!

  • Tammy October 12, 2015, 10:25 am

The cards are so nice and I love the snowflake die.

  • Barbara Green October 12, 2015, 12:58 pm

What a beautiful card. So quick and so easy. Just plain lovely. My favorite red ink is Memories Dye Ink.

  • Marlene October 12, 2015, 5:34 pm

Wow…..I love these stamps and the die cut snowflakes are a must for the holidays.

  • Bethany koubsky October 12, 2015, 11:06 pm

I am in love with these snow flakes!

  • Suzanne T October 13, 2015, 5:21 pm

Catherine you did it again. I just love the snow flakes and the diamonds used as the boarder. Wonderful card.

  • Fran_s October 13, 2015, 6:02 pm

Love the cards. The new SOA is great. I like Mama Elephant Apple for my red.

  • Kimberly Martin October 13, 2015, 10:37 pm

I am loving these borders, especially the candy cane stripe.

  • Jennifer Delauter-Hovermale October 14, 2015, 12:15 am

I love these cards, the snowflakes are so pretty.

  • Bonnie Thrasher October 14, 2015, 2:00 am

First of all, let me say all of these cards are gorgeous. I love them and the stamps. I can’t wait to get started with my set. I love the red from stampin’ up too, but there is one I got from club scrap years ago that is a hybrid ink pad called ruby. It’s so dry now, I wonder if I can get more?

  • Jan B October 14, 2015, 2:04 am

I can’t wait, This is so much fun!!

  • Jill October 14, 2015, 10:39 pm
