Inlaid Die Cutting with Alchol Inks with Catherine Pooler Inlaid Die Cutting with Alcohol Inks

I’ve been on a big kick with Inlaid Die Cutting recently- mostly with the Floating Inlaid Die Cutting technique (links at the end of this post).

Today, we’ll just do some straight forward Inlaid Die Cutting coupled with an Alcohol Ink technique piece!

Alcohol Ink Inlaid Die Cut Catherine Pooler Simple shaking on the alcohol inks and blending solution (or rubbing alcohol) is a really easy way to get some serious color and really cool patterns.

Don’t have alcohol inks?  Try some various watercoloring techniques for a similar look.

I love this technique….BUT I just had shoulder surgery and I will be laid up for quite some time. I am pecking away with my left hand …… I think I will go crazy until I can stamp again

I LOVE the different techniques you have been using for floating and in-laid cut-outs. What die did you use for the floral cut-out with the blue and purple alcohol inks. It is just what I’ve been looking for.
