Ombre Stamping:  Hand Made Birthday Card

Ombre Stamping Hand Made Birthday Card

In the video I mentioned that I packed up a box of supplies to take to my SIL’s house so I could stamp with my MIL.  I kept it simple:

  • half sheets of cardstock for a card base
  • 4 x 5-1/4 pre-cut layers
  • a few stamp sets
  • a slew of ink pads (I couldn’t help myself)
  • Wink of Stella Pen
  • Adhesive
  • Twine and scissors
  • pre-cut “Happy” die cuts

I mass-produced some birthday cards for the teachers at school.  I made 3 different designs.

Do you want to see the other cards I made in future videos?

Here’s a photo of Eva and Grandma stamping together this weekend.  They’ve been stamping together since Eva was three!

In the video, I mentioned that I have a FREE PDF download – One Stamp Set, Five Different Cards.

I love my Kaleidoscope pads. Just wanted to say how neat I think it is that Eva helps Grandma with her stamping. Thanks for the story and the picture!

I’m almost embarrassed to ask this question….. I like you sequins on a project. So I’ve added 3 or 5 or 7 on mine. But I always think they look goofy on my projects. How do I ensure the sequins look like natural embellishment?
