FINISH MY CARD COLLAB part 2 with Darlene DeVries

I hope you enjoyed our first video collaboration!  Now it’s time for Part 2.  I had so much fun making this video – a bit of Watercoloring, some Clear Emboss Resist, some watercolored, glittery stars…ooooh, BOY!

Watch the video to see how I made the first part, then head over to Darlene’s blog to see how she made my elements into a card.  As I write this, I haven’t seen it yet.  I’m sitting on the edge of my seat, y’all!

edited to add:  The only thing – when I finished the card – was that the greeting didn’t show up as well as I would have liked. I was so concerned with everything else on the card that I didn’t even really notice that until I was putting it in the envelope. Darlene picked up on that right away and had the perfect solution.  You will love it!

Thanks for the tutorial. Yes, I will try the watercolor focal point. I didn’t know that you could dye sticle type glitter glue. Great tip. Now off to Darlene’s site to see what she did.
