Basics and Beyond Card making basics CAS-ual Fridays Stamps

I really love making “Basic” cards.  They are fun, they are quick, easy and mass producible.  In fact, I have a whole series on my blog that I’ve been running for a couple years based on Basic cards.  You may know about it…it’s called KISS Cards…Keep it simple stamper!

You can find all those posts by clicking here.

I also love making “Beyond” cards by taking those ideas and layering, embellishing and adding techniques.

It’s important to understand “Basic” ideas first…then it’s a natural progression to go “Beyond”.  This video tutorial will show you how I took the Love Notes Stamp Set by CAS-ual Fridays and made a Basic card first, then went Beyond.

If you enjoyed this video tutorial and learned a thing or two, you will love the Online Class, Basics & Beyond.

The class begins with 6 “Basic” lessons on design with multiple samples for each one showing you how to change out colors, stamp sets and tweak parts of the design for a new look.  From there, we move on to showing you “Beyond”.  This is where we really get creative!

The response for this class has been amazing, we hope you will join us there!

Hello! Just found you via Keative Kristie. Great video!
I found your husband’s comment so funny. Mine doesn’t “get” washi tape.
