Stampin’ Up’s Snowflake Soiree One Layer Card…lesson and more about Maureen!

A few weeks ago, Maureen began a series of lessons on Clean and Simple Stamping on StampNation.  Her attention to detail and knowledge of design along with her teaching style has SN members begging for more!

Her recent "One Layer Card – Part 2" lesson, complete with a sketch had me RUNNING to my stamp table!  Read on for a bit more about Maureen.

Maureen and I met online almost 2-1/2 years ago and hit it off immediately.  She has become a very close friend of mine in which I talk to almost every day! She is kind, caring, supportive and good grief, so SO crafty! 
When StampNation was "born", I asked Maureen if she would help me on the site a bit to get it up and running and help foster a community there. She immediatly said yes!
Fast forward a year and a half and for StampNation, she runs the challenges, writes tutorials and is just adored by the other members there.
 
 
Here’s a little bio so you can get to know her better:
 
"I have been a paper crafter since 2003. My love of photography piqued my interest in scrapbooking, which ultimately led to stamping and card making. THAT is where I have found my passion.
 
I am a minimalist, both in my real life and in my creative space. My style is clean and simple, but I am inspired by all types of design. I have had the pleasure of serving on several design teams over the past 3 years, as well as being a designer at StampNation. My greatest accomplishment thus far has been seeing my cards published in Paper Crafts Magazine with an upcoming publication in CARDS.
 
When I’m not stamping, I’m spending time at my home in Northeastern Pennsylvania with my husband, two children, and sweet Siberian kitty. I enjoy hiking, reading, and photography."
