Yesterday was the day. I had the amazing privilege of hosting Maureen in my stamp room. We had been looking forward to this day for a long time. Now it’s a memory, but a wonderful one!
We had a lovely stampin’ time and filmed quite a bit of it. Here is a slimmed down version, StampNation Members, the full version is available for you! Catherine and Maureen full version
I filmed over 30 minutes of video, but tried to cut it down to the "highlights" with the full out dance bomb reel at the end, lol! Didn’t get Mo to dance, but she tolerated mine just fine. The card we made together was inspired by Maureen’s card which you can take a peek at here.
Some highlight of my time with Maureen were meeting her family (kids are darling and her husband is fantastic and funny!) and finding out that Mo and I are perfectionists, but in completely different ways. Truly, I think we would drive each other nuts if we stamped together on a regular basis! LOL! But we also know how well we compliment each other.
It was a great time…wow, how our world has changed. A decade or so ago, we didn’t have the opportunities that we do now to meet people online like we do now. I am grateful for the opportunity!

I talked about the Diet Coke in the video and how I’ve scrapbooked about it. I looove it, but try to stay away from it as much as I can. I did scrapbook about this, because it’s been a "journey" for me and it took a while to realize some health problems I have had were a result of drinking too much DC.
You can learn more about it and how and why I scrapbooked about it in my book, Life Scraps…how to scrapbook your life through storytelling where you will learn to to dig deep and pull out those stories that are meaningful.
It’s been super busy here for the past 6 weeks or so. Things will be a bit quieter for a bit and I can see lots-o-stamping in my crystal ball!
